Assessment

Teachers at Inanda Seminary follow the assessment procedure as prescribed by the curriculum and policy documents as a minimum standard. We do, however, encourage teachers to do as many assessments as possible in a term.

Inanda Seminary has two main types of assessment throughout a term:

This type of assessment includes class tests, homework, assignments, projects and book marks and is done as often as possible.

2. Summative assessment

This type of assessment includes CASS tests (written every Monday in controlled conditions), Control tests (written in March and September), and Examinations (Written in June and November)
